Love my Duets!

This is the second set if Duets and the first with the steam feature. I love being able to pop something in to steam and refresh and within minutes it's ready and so am I. The bell to indicate when the wash cycle is complete is wonderful. And the drying time is incredible! I hope that this set lasts for many, many years! Proud to live near Whirlpool headquarters and for all they do for the communities!

After much consternation, I purchased this front loader.My husband researched the different types of machines available, and came up with this one. At first I was concerned because the cycles took much more time than my old relic machine. After I saw how well it spun the clothes and how dry they came out, I was very happy to realize that my drier time was extremely shortened. Great idea.I also thought that I might not use all the various cycles that are available, but I am gradually finding them very useful.Glad we bought this. It makes washing clothes a more Plesant job.

Overall a very good and solid product

We've had the unit for almost 2 months and our overall experience has been very good. It cleans the clothes great and does not consume a whole lot of water. My only real gripe is sound. It is much louder than my previous Whirlpool front loader. During the spin cycles it sounds like an airplane is taking off. I also found that the duration times have gone up, so it takes longer to wash clothes. But overall we're pleased with our new washer.

Best washer ever!

We had a need to stack and vent the dryer to the right. Whirlpool designs are great because this dryer can be pushed very close to the wall compared to other designs because of the way you stack these. It's too much to explain but if you want to go as close to a wall as possible this unit design is fantastic. Now, this washer cleans clothing really well. I'm finding that you can wash huge amounts of clothing in a load. The other day I pulled out a tissue paper at the end of the cycle. I unfolded the tissue paper and it was completely whole. So I thought to myself is the clothing cleaning. But I know the clothing is cleaner than any other washer I have owned. I told my wife about it and her first statement was how does a machine that cleans clothing so well be as gentle as to be able to wash a Kleenex without destroying it???? Well Whirlpool's engineers (along with the help of Tide HE powder) have figured it out. OK. So, there you have it. If you want clean clothing accomplished in the most gentle manner, if you want to stack your front loaders as close to the back wall as possible, then if you buy this washer pair you have accomplished your task.

I bought this washer a month ago and am so very happy with it. It is very quiet while washing, washes larger quantity of clothes, and gets them much cleaner. I am so very pleased with my washer and would highly recommend it!

I have found these products to of great quality, easy to operate and a breeze to clean. I love and often use the steam setting on the dryer.I also appreciate the load capacity of each machine.Kudos!

No complaints here. The washer has worked great for us. There's a little bit more maintenance drying it out after we're done, but that was known before we purchased it.
