I have no trouble with the washing of the clothes. The Washers has so many cycles and water temp choices that I always get the clothes clean. I have a King Size bed cover and it fits in this washer very good.

A washer with room for the big stuff!

Finally, after years of having to go to a laundry mat to wash large items like a bed comforter, I can do them in my own washer! That was one of the first things that attracted me to the Whirlpool. I have only owned the washer for a short time, but am finding it to be a wise purchase decision. It has performed excellent, but there is a learning curve with so many features. You really have to pay attention as well when selecting different cycles. I haven't had it long enough to use a lot of it's features, but I am sure I will eventually. After reading some reviews, prior to purchase, I was at first hesitant to buy the Whirlpool, but after talking to the service folks and delivery folks, I decided my decision to get the Duet pair was a good one! I look forward to many years of Whirlpool appliance use.

Many load features. Quality washer

Has worked as advertised. Many load features and seems to get clothes clean with the use of less water. Load times are longer than old top load washer but the higher spin speeds pull water out of clothes better resulting in shorter drying time. System is a little loader at times when water is added to system during load cycle. Overall very good system so far.

Terrific Washing Machine

I've used many washing machines over the years. NOTHING even comes close to comparing to this one. My clothes and linens come out as if they were brand new. Old clothes now look brand new. Once you figure out how to use it, and get accustomed to the sounds, you will love it. Not as much laundry soap is needed as with other machines, so you save money in the long run on detergent AND energy. I have the matching dryer and am equally as happy with that machine. The pair look modern and clean. This washing machine is truly an amazing, innovative machine that I would recommend to everyone considering it.

This is by far the best washing machine we have ever owned. Our clothes come out so clean and the spinning is so great that they don't take long in the dryer, which saves on gas. We are a family of 7 so it gets lots of use. And the 4.3 cubic foot drum handles large loads. Would highly recommend!

My wife and I purchased a matching Whirlpool Duet washer and electric dryer over 6 months ago. Both the washer and dryer are performing wonderfully. We are very pleased. We purchased the pair from a local small town dealer and we are glad we did. The service was great.

Major electrical savings!

I was skeptical of the claims regarding how much the 4.3 cu. ft. Duet? Steam Front Load Washer would hold and how my drying time would be reduced. I'm a believer now! Prior to purchasing the 4.3 cu. ft. Duet? Steam Front Load Washer my typical drying time was 60 - 70 minutes, towels would be more. Now my typical drying time is 47 minutes and I'll probably reduce that a bit more. Towels have become a typical load a thoroughly dry in 47 minutes. I used to wash jeans separately because they took so long to dry but now I just throw them in with my regular load. My electricity bills are declining and I expect they'll continue to decline.

Excellent Washer, does what it needs to for washing large lo

This washer has a lot of features that is needed to complete every load that it can handle. I have had it for over a year and I have had no issues with it.It outperforms a top loading HE washer and gets out stains and even heavy stains as long as there are pre-wash treatments applied before the wash. The drain and catch gasket is well designed to allow for larger items to get caught in the gasket and easily removed instead of getting stuck in the pipes and causing issues.I would recommend this washer to other has it is simple to use and does a good job on my clothes.
