I have had these since Oct 2013. Great product! It really cleanse the clothes, is gentle on my fabrics in all cycles. Wash times may longer than a traditional top load, but the dry time is so short as the clothes come out nearly dry. I was hesitant about purchasing a front load as I heard so many complaints iabout musty smells. NOT The case with these, the fan fresh feature is awesome. 12 hours later they still smell fresh and clean. Couldnt be happier with this purchase!!

So far this unit has been great. No more "door drips" onto the floor, soap and such wash out of the drawer well so no endless cleaning of that which is nice. So of the wash setting do take a while to complete but the clothes come out good using them. The new way they used for drum balancing is excellent, no bouncing around like my old one!The light inside is a nice bonus!No complaints with this unit at all!

My husband tried the steam option and was so pleased that he was able to steam clean his "work hats". without the hats being crumpled in the wash cycle.

Love the capacity!

I am fond of front loaders for their conservation of water. The capacity is large which I really appreciate. I have read good reviews for reliability and performance which prompted me to purchase whirlpool and so far have proven right. There is an issue with dispensing where it sometimes spills the detergent onto the rim of the washer and the detergent gets rinsed out....also, some of the detergent sits on the rim and has to be wiped off before removing the cleaned laundry from the drum. The controls are very sensitive and can change settings just by standing near it. Other than that, it works great.

This machine is so easy to use. I love that you can change whatever is standard with a certain setting to a different temperature, soil setting, etc. I love the fan at the end of the cycle that starts to dry the clothes. It makes time in the dryer so much quicker! I love being able to see the laundry going around. I love the fact that it uses as little water as necessary. I love the fact that it tells you when you needs to run a cleaning cycle. Bottom line: I love this washing machine!
