Great style and easy to use

We bought the washer and dryer because a couple friends had recommended the duet. We were not disappointed. For one they are beautifully designed and they are gentle on our clothes. The features are easy to use and laundry has become less of a chore.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I wanted to buy something with modern features, a large capacity, front loading style, and something that was going to last. This product is great! It senses the weight of my laundry and based on the setting I put it on, it does an amazing job at cleaning our clothes! I am very pleased with this purchase and would recommend it to others!

This product is easy to use

I'm 78 and new technologic gizmos often befuddle me and after only a few minutes I became accustomed to this washer easily. It uses less water, less detergent, makes less noise and gets clothing much cleaner than my 14 year old top loader. The various cycles are very logically labeled. Some cycles take a little longer to wash things than the old top loader, but there are alternative cycles available which if chosen properly take less time than the old washer if you are in a bit of a hurry. Even my husband can operate this machine, but then he's slightly more of a techno geek than I am:).

Wash cycles are unpredictable.

The washer cleans clothes fine and does use less water. However, it often adds time to the cycle for reasons that clearly only make sense to the computer in the washer. Also, probably half the time I need to re-spin the load, as the clothes are still soaked when the cycle ends.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great product. Not the most intuitive for advanced features

I really like my washer. I wanted a different color but had to settle on white due to availability. I have not used all of the features yet, but it does seem to clean well. The cycles are a bit longer than I would like, and I don't like the fact that the unit will keep spinning in a "fan dry" mode until you open the door. I feel like it is a waste of energy since I sometimes put in a load and then leave the house.

Top of the Line!

This is by far the best appliance purchase I've ever made. This is a true top of the line front load washer with a sleek design. It is easy to use and has settings for everything I will ever need in my home. I'm so happy I bought the chrome finish. It matches all my appliances throughout my kitchen and laundry room.
