Amazing Washer

We bought this washing machine because our last one was almost 12 years old and needed to be updated. We were looking for a front load washer at a good price with a name we trusted, and that had good reviews. We settled on this one because of all the features available. We were pleasantly surprised when we received our first water bill after purchasing it - it was nearly cut in half! We also like that we can wash our sleeping bags and comforters with no problems. It holds in one load what would have taken 2 loads in our previous washer, which cuts the time I'm doing laundry in half. The only thing I don't like about this washer is that it doesn't work as well taking out stains and dried on junk on clothes (I have 3 messy boys). I am having to do a lot of pre-treating now in spite of using an enzyme washing liquid, and I have to soak clothes before washing them as the pre-soak setting didn't seem to do anything. I know that this washer is supposed to conserve energy and water, but it seems that just a little more water in soak & washing would be helpful. Also, occasionally water gets trapped in the dispenser, and we have to remove it and empty it before adding bleach. Overall, we love our new machine!

I recently purchased this whirlpool washer and I am happy with it so far. It is a little louder than I would like. At times, it sounds like a plane taking off! I like the fact it is water efficient and the ease of use!

Great Upgrade

I upgraded from an 8 year old front loader. WOW what an improvement! Large loads are no problem. After 1 month not 1 issue with an un-level load. The features are awesome. I would recommend this washer to anyone.

Well Worth the Money

This machine was well worth the money I spent for it. It's efficient, uses less electricity and water and is quiet. My only minor complaint would be that the clear coat on the gray colored model scratches very easily.
