Laundry day has become a breeze!

We purchased the Whirlpool Duet washer and dryer in March. This is our second set of the Duet washer & dryer, we purchased the first generation of them back about 7 or 8 years ago when they first came out, for our vacation home. What's not to love? Every option is valuable~you don't realize until you use them, how you could have ever lived without them, especially the steam and sanitize cycles. Our dry cleaning bill has dropped to virtually nothing, making it even more valuable in not only the money saved, but the time going to pick up/drop off. The level of cleaning has also gone up as well...so far, almost every stained item that I thought was never going to come out, has. Well done, Whirlpool...truly outstanding equipment.

This product does not only have excellent and easy to use cleaning features, it is an excellent energy saver. We have been extremely pleased with this product. I highly recommend it.

Both washer & dryer purchased - problems with the washer spi

The washer does not always spin dries the heavier items - the small bathroom rugs or heavy towels sometimes come out wet and have to be put out to dry. Disappointed with this performance.

I have had my new Whirlpool Duet washer and dryer for about a month now. I'm happy with how they work. It is more complicated to run than my older Maytag washer and dryer and takes longer to run a load of laundry, but it has some great features my old Maytags did not.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The features are endless on my Whirlpool Washer & Dryer with Steam feature.The 'white" cycle on the washer really improves my whites.And the dryer is super efficient.

This is my first front loading washer and so far it's working great for me. I like all the features especially the fan dry. Also, the sound that signals the end of the cycle is loud enough and pleasant.

We enjoy the washing machine because it works well in our laundry room. The front opening doors make it easy to transfer from the washer to the dryer. I would really suggest that you buy the pedestal to go with it otherwise you have to bend down too much to load and unload which hurts your back. The top loading machines allow you to soak heavily soiled items better than the front loader but we are able to make due.We were having problems with socks and small clothing items getting caught between the tub and the supporting structure so we had to start using a laundry bag to put small washable items in so they don't clog the draining mechanism.This is a replacement machine because our original machine had a bearing wear out and damage the gasket. The machine was sent out twice for repair and it was not repaired correctly. We used the "lemon" law to get a replacement.
