Lots of various cycles and love the steam in the dryer

Too low to the ground; you are on your knees taking out the wet wash to placed it in the dryer; the touch screen is too sensitive and if you inadvertently touch the front of the washer/dryer, it changes the selection;
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This machine is just amazing for the speed it can take to clean your clothes and they really come out smelling fresh and feeling fresh.I just really think this machine is excellent!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I absolutely love my new washer. There is a wash cycle for every situation and the 4.3 capacity lets me finish the wash in no time flat. This washer has made washing more fun. I've washed everything from rugs to my king sized comforter. I feel the cost is comparable to other makes and cannot find any cons related to this product. I highly recommend this washer.

Great product across the board

I was skeptical about a front load washer because of what I read about using Afresh to avoid bad odors in the washer when not in use. So far, I don't have that problem, but I keep the door open to let it air out. The only single feature I don't like is the soft sound indicating the end of the spin cycle. I'd like to have the option to increase the volume and possibly a loud buzzer, as my washer & dryer are in the basement. The first water bill we received after using this washer for a month was $20 less than previous bills. I attribute our savings to the Whirlpool Duet washer. I can also wash two sets of sheets, saving time, water and laundry soap. For the first time in my life, I can now wash all my king size comforters at home. My Duet also gets our clothes cleaner without beating them up like an agitator does. I'm so happy with my new washer and wouldn't trade it for anything!

I love the different cycles and ease of use...can be a little tempermental when washing something very heavy (ex, comforter). I think due to the sensing. I've run it through again and it will work fine. Also, doesn't have a "catch" for lint or dog hair (will be in the drum or on the door which I wipe off). Overall, works great and is quiet...looks good too!l
