I am very happy with my new washer and would recommend it to others. The only thing that could be better is the area where the laundry soap, softener is put always has water in it..

Nice Product; works great; noisy though.

Previous Whirlpool washer lasted 10 years with 4 to 6 loads/day (front loader like this one). This model is nice & performs well, however, makes more noise than the older model (water sounds very loud when filling & sounds like jet engine when winding up & down for the spin cycle). We've had this product for several months now & at times it has made bumping noises while spinning. I don't think we are overloading it per wash cycle.
I would recommend this to a friend!

only been using about a month, so far so good. I leave it open an drain soap dispense tray after use and have no mildew smell problems yet.

This produce is a big step up from several top load we owned
on January 4, 2014

We have only owned this washer for 6 weeks now and so far we have had no problems. It is quiet and does not take a lot to operate and we are saving energy because the loads have less water when done cutting their drying time. One thing you need to remember is this front load washer run completely different than a top load.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Since we have purchased our Washer and Dryer our weekend adventure of non-stop laundry have become much more manageable. Our clothes are cleaner and smell so much fresher. I highly recommend.

We purchased this washer 8 months ago and have had nothing but trouble. Each load that we wash has items that come out with holes in them as if they have been burned. We now have had a repair man out three times for this problem and it continues to happen. I will never buy another Whirlpool appliance.
