This is a highly advanced washer

There are so many advantages to this machine, I love the fact that it has so many selections for washing choices and especially the fast spin cycle that literally drys the clothes so much that the dry time is expedited. There is also a selection for towels no less!

Great Washing Machine

We purchased this washing machine to replace an Kenmore HE front loading washer that was 12 years old. This washer is so much quieter and more efficient. The fast spin cycle drains almost all the water out of the clothes. I would absolutely buy this washer again and I highly recommend it.

Difficult to Use

I'm sorry I ever bought this washing machine. I researched it thoroughly before I purchased it. Every time I use iit I never know whether it's going to shut down or not. I'm used to doing a load of whites with bleach (towels, underwear and socks). You can't put large towels in with small underwear and socks - the machine shuts down. If items in the wash are not similar in size and weight the machine shuts down. When you finall yget it to complete a cycle, the clothes are clean. I rue the day I bought this machine and would love to trade it in for a lless sensitive machine. I'd love to get my money back.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Washer!

We were hesitant to purchase a front loading washer and they are comparatively expensive. However, after a six weeks of use we agree that our fears were unfounded. The washer does a great job washing all types of clothing and other large items. It is amazing how little water is necessary to clean clothing better than our old agitator washer. Furthermore, the items we wash definitely experience less wear and tear and will likely last longer over time. We are very pleased with variety of wash cycles and ability to customize some cycles. The cold water cycle works amazingly well. The spin cycle wrings out every bit of moisture thereby requiring less time in the dryer. It does a great job on rugs and large bedding items. No problems to date with mold or mildew. We are performing the recommended washer cleaning cycles and leave the door ajar in between washings. Controls take a bit getting used to, but after some practice are relatively easy to work. It is remarkably quiet, but not silent. Only con is the heavy weight of the washer which makes it difficult to move. Overall, we are very pleased with our purchase of this washer. We hope it has the ability to function without repair for many years.

Is it washing?

Very quiet (except when the water is ported through the dispenser, about 15 seconds worth). Clothes dry in about 1/3 the time of old fashioned washer. Best appliance I've bought in the last five years.

I bought this a few months ago and love it. It looks great too! I'm not crazy about the detergent, softener, bleach dispenser because it can start emptying before I get the dispenser drawer closed. I have learned to work with that however. It does a great job and is easy to use.

My previous washer was an old Kenmore. I thought my wash was clean but could see the difference when I got my Whirlpool. It was like a new toy at fIrst, until I really came to appreciate its superior performance. I actually read the manual very carefully before using the machine.
