Excellent Washer

I purchased this washer about 3 months ago, and it has been a game changer. It is great with all the options and features. The washer is light years ahead of my previous washer. The washer is easy to use. Great product that I have recommended it to friends.

Love the Interior Light!!

We bought this about two months ago to replace a 6 year old Whirlpool front loader. I love all the features of this model, especially the interior light. I love how quiet it is and how much laundry I can do at one time. So far I have nothing to complain about with this washer. Praying this one last longer than 6 years.

Clean and Cleans well!

Overall we are very happy with the washer. The features are easy to understand and the results are overall very good. The one design flaw is the rubber drain round the drum. Small items such as socks will get stuck in there. This is also where some debris will get caught as it drains from the drum. The only solution we've been provided is to use a garment bag for smaller items which bothers me. I don't feel I should have to use a work around on a brand new, top of the line system.

Being an outside repair technician for Whirlpool when I was a younger man, I became well acquainted with Whirlpool products. I have since always migrated towards the Whirlpool brand when considering new appliances. My spouse and I have purchased and used several washers and dyers from Whirlpool in our 35 years of marriage with total success. The recent purchase of a front loading washier was met with some prior reserve thoughts by my spouse. She was dubious of water spilling on the floor when opening the front loading door. Well, no worries, there is very little to no spillage when the door is opened, and she would not consider any other style of washer in the future. She is very hard to please when it comes to washing machines and dryers. However, she has now found the perfect washing machine, and when my spouse is happy, all is well in the household. Thank you Whirlpool for the continued advancement of your produces for the past 60 years that I have been acquainted with them.

So far Whirlpool has lived up to their reputation the product has deliver just as advertised. I have had to adjust a cycle or two with smaller loads and hand wash items. I read some where that the soap and fabric softer tray doesn't drain well I to have noticed this however I CAN LIVE WITH IT.If whirlpool could address this and reduce the price they could have a larger share of the market.

Highly recommend this washer and dryer set. Whirlpool should provide a QRF to troubleshoot minor issue like the lockout. I had to go on-line to correct an issue when the inner liner became clogged with hair. This type of normal problem should have a booklet/sticker to assist.
