Great washer for a family

I bought this washer a month ago, my family (which also consist a toddler and 2 dogs) are very happy with this washer, The functions are easy to use, it cleans great, and the sound is just calming! I love the steam clean function and who cares if it takes longer, your clothes are cleaner!!

This washer fits everything!! It cleans everything so nicely and the wash is literally almost dry when it comes out! Energy savings are very noticeable also!

I purchased this Duet Steam Front Load Washer when my old Whirlpool Duet washer was beyond repair. I was very happy with my old machine so for me, there was no other option but another Duet washer. I was not disappointed. The sound level, numerous options (including steam) and excellent cleaning results are top quality. I'm a Whirlpool customer for life!

Quiet and Efficient

The pump gave out on my old washer and I decided to upgrade to Duet. The technology is great and uses tons less water than my old machine, plus clothes come out cleaner. Very pleased so far.

Great Features

Received it middle of June 2014, and so far we love it. The available cycles provide so many options, and it seems whirlpool has provided solutions for all the previous issues of having a HE front loading washer. Will have to see how it fairs in the long term.

Awesome washing machine

After a month of constant use, the performance of this is so superior to our previous top-loading HE washing machine that it makes me wonder why they even manufacture them! This machine delivers as advertised with consistently clean clothes (I know that seems like an idiotic statement but after our last HE washing machine experience, this is a true blessing. My daughters really like the fan/tumble feature for those days when they're running late for school.About the only improvement I could suggest would be to delay the dispensing of the laundry detergent for 2 minutes after the cycle is started as if you pause the cycle to add an article to the load you'll more likely than not have to wipe up a bit of laundry detergent that dribbled down the front of the machine - which resulted in 4 stars instead of 5Overall, extremely pleased and am happy I purchased the machine!

My wife has fallen in love with this washer. She loves all the features and the way it cleans and saves water and soaps. I have a job on my hands now to win my wife back.
