Flimsy parts

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Paid over $1000 for a warming drawer that won’t close. Installed rails and all the ball bearings on half the left side fall out causing the drawer to be inoperable and unable to close. Now I have to schedule a service call because replacing a faulty rail is not an option.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love love love

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love this drawer- love being able to keep things warm ahead of time . Problem that I have is that we mounted the drawer below my oven and there is no lock on the drawer so children could open.
