Great picture and quality

Stylish design and easy to use, almost operates itself. Crisp clear picture, movies and live sports look great. Can't wait for football season to watch my team on this TV.

After a lot of researching TVs on the internet, I bought this TV about a month ago for our new rec room. We liked it so much that we decided to buy another one - identical model - this week for the living room, replacing a 7-year old 55" plasma. Got an LG soundbar and an LG Blu-Ray player with this TV so everything works together seamlessly.
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality

great picture, sound not so good

It is very hard to hear conversations, TV seems to play background noise, crowd noise over conversation or voice. Singers are drowned out by other noise. Picture is great. TV is extremely thin and light weight for size.
Pros: Style/Design

The picture on the TV is crystal clear, and I like that the screen goes from edge to edge. The remote was a new experience for me because I had never seen a remote like this one that works more as a pointer to do tasks that are already embedded into the TVs main menu, and I find it is much more preferable to a typical remote. The TV connects to the internet effortlessly and does not require an external box to make the connection. I also like that you can turn the 3D on or off with the single push of a button. There is a Dual player mode so gamers can play on a split screen to compete against one another. The TV has more features than I will ever use, and likely more that I have yet to discover, but I am glad to have them available should the need arise.

3d is good but you need a fast internet connection.

I bought this TV for my husband's 55th birthday he can't stop watching TV. My kids friends won't leave we had to buy extra pairs of glasses so we can all watch 3d
