not a smart tv anymore, only very expensive screen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] at first it was really great, but after a while, everything start to disappear, all services, and i mean ALL SERVICES are gone now, there is no support, no 3D world, no updates, and the worst, NO TV-TUNER!!!, i can really understand that some software can be stopped intentionally by the owner, but stopping the tv tuner was mean. all what i have now is an expensive screen.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Unusable after 3 years, Buyer beware

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great picture quality, the remote is amazing, great looking device. wifi is weak and won't connect even with the ap directly behind the TV, and the wired Ethernet port only worked intermittently. Android os keeps throwing an error message repeatedly that as soon as you click ok to clear the message, immediately pops up over saved over again. Rebooted, factory reset, nothing FIXED the issue for me. After getting burned on two LG G3 smartphones and now this TV, I will not be buying LG PRODUCTS ever again. Buyer beware.

What's not to like??

Very good picture with above average audio. Easy to set up. "Smart" features are easy to use with the 'QWERTY' keypad. Web functions are cumbersome but I use voice control to help with that. All in all I would purchase again.
Pros: Performance, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality

I bought this TV thinking I could connect wifi and could stream online, but after the OS upgrade android does not support flash and hence this so called smart tv is like any other tv.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is a phenomenal TV. Looks, materials and features are all great. I was looking for tv's for 2 years before I broke down and bought this one. It has everything you could want and the picture is just amazing. The only downside is that the remote is sometimes temperamental when trying to control other devices, But its no major issue. Otherwise GoogleTV is the best "smart" functionality out there and better than all other smart tv's offerings. Great TV and Great price.
Its got great viewing angles, the 3d is crisp and bright and the controls are very easy to use. It like anything else comes with some novelties that are neat, but you will never actually use them. But for a smart TV with web browsing it is top notch.

The product itself is excellent. Integration with Google services is very good. It works very well with my Android tablet and I purchased PlayOn for a lot of basic cable access which allowed me to extremely reduce my monthly cable fees. Hulu Plus was the only missing features, but the TV came with 6 months of free Netflix, so I simply switched. Overall, this was a great decision and I am very happy with the product.

This product has some really great features.

The only drawback I have with this television is the lack of support for Google TV. The service never really took off so the number of apps has not increased. The lack of Hulu Plus is also a drawback. Other than those issues, I am very happy with my purchase.
