I'd give it 5 stars if it fit my model

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered two of these shelves based on the model # for the 13.8 cu ft freezer, however they were too wide. I will say that they are very well constructed, seem very sturdy and would work wonderfully for a wider freezer. Customer service was a pleasure to deal with concerning the issue.
