Much better than SONOS

I was very skeptical when shopping for a bookshelf sized, room filling entertainment system to pair with my media devices. Through countless hours of research, trial and error, I decided to take the Bose plunge. Am I ever so glad I did. Bose has a way of projecting serious symphonic sound in a compact package with enormous features not seem in similar devices. More, when comparing with the SONOS, the ease of use, sound, price, and product support are incomparable! Thanks Bose for getting it right!!!

Airplay constantly drops. Poor Wi-Fi Experience

My wife bought me this speaker and we gave it several days try. Anytime I got AirPlay to work, the next time, it would require me to go through a 20 minute 'forget and reset' process to allow me to re-recognize the speaker for use again. Same thing with her iPhone (I have a 6+ and hers a 6). Never have seen such a poor Wi-Fi experience. Sounds nice but useless AirPlay. Worst of all, it was bought out of country so we may very well be stuck with this paper weight.

Easy and simple features!

I bought my Bose-SoundTouch 20 Series II few months ago and had been using it for my laptop and tablet. I was able to listen music from various stations around the world specially from local FM stations from my home country. They should add more pre-set stations. The sound is great.

It does not support WPA2 enterprise...

Most work places and a big amount of apartments complexes like dorms and so on have WPA enterprise kind of security on their WiFi connections, where you have to input user name and a password in order to be connected. Its a pity that I have to return my SoundTouch 20. I was really excited. I have been a BOSE user for more than 10 years, the sound is fantastic, but it seems silly to me it lacks this technical variation in the software that does not allow to connect to a WiFi if you have a username-password kind of security.

multi bose multiroom dissapointed

I purchased the Soundtouch 20 and the soundlink mini for multiroom streaming. I want to play the same music through both. I didnt realize the soundlink mini is not wifi- only bluetooth and the soundtouch is only wifi!
Very dissapointing
The other soundtouch that is wifi is too big. The soundlink is perfect in size.
I am thinking about trying an generic adapter for the soundtouch 20 so then I will be able to connect to the soundlink
I wish the soundtouch was both wifi and BT or if they could have at least sent a BT adapter for soundtouch

Horrible Product!

I purchased 4 of these speakers and none of them will play "Air Play" consistently. I spent hours on the phone with technical support only to have the same issue happen again. This product has been out long enough to fix issues. But, it just gets worse. Bose is not what is use to be.
