Came right off the wall and broke

I have several one wall mount pumps and decided to try one with 2. It was just to heavy for the 3m to stick. Was ok the bathroom wall

Works extremely well and takes up less space. Highly recommend. Also have the Sensor soap dispenser in two bathrooms. Works flawlessly.

Adhesive is trash, warranty is so-so

This is the second shower pump we have purchased where the adhesive does not hold at all. This time when it fell I was in the shower and hurt pretty badly. We spoke with the company after the first one damaged the pump unit and were given the brush off. This time they offered to correct the issue when AGAIN it damaged the actual pump unit when all we needed was a new lid - while I appreciate replacement, I would have appreciated a partial refund more. Please don't claim to be so earth friendly when the solution it to send more products that aren't needed (we only needed a new lid) around the earth.
While the layout of the adhesive changed (from two strips to covering the entire back of the unit) the actual adhesive itself is absolute trash. The person who installed the unit also happens to have extensive understanding of adhesives and how to bond/prepare surfaces...so this continues to be a simplehuman issue, not their customers...
Do better.

Followed the directions for hanging with adhesive backing. Hung adhesive piece, waited 24 hours to hang main portion. Within the first two days it came crashing down, broken into a dozen pieces, shampoo and conditioner mixed with sharp plastic pieces everywhere. What an expensive mess.

Purchased this for my RV but have not gotten it mounted yet. The quality looks good from first opening the box. Can’t wait to get it operational! Will try to go back & update this review once that occurrs.
