First of all, I ordered this item on a Friday and it arrived on Saturday. So I was thrilled with such speedy shipping! This pump is exactly what we were looking for — I buy shampoo and shower gel in gallon sizes, so we needed to transfer them to something smaller. This pump was easy to mount, easy to fill, and it works smoothly and effortlessly! We are very happy with this product!

This product is well thought-out, well-made. I love the handle on the dispenser; they are solid and very easy to use. The containers are of good size. Great "hooks" on the side, and the ability to chose which side you would like them on is very nice. It was easy to assemble and easy to hang on the wall. SimpleHuman makes good things. NO flimsy junk in this product. Built to be easily used; built to last. One wish, that it came with two hooks, one on each side.

Twin wall mount pump

We put 6 sets in our mechanics shower stalls. They work great. We did have a problem with one unit. When the employee pulled on the handle to dispense soap, the container came out of the holder and fell to the floor. The clear plastic broke so I purchased another unit. Maybe your research department could design a tighter fit so the strong guys can't accidently pull up and dislodge the container and pump. Otherwise the units are very good!

I ordered this because I had wrist reconstruction surgery. One of the pumps did not work at all. I contacted Customer Service and I had a replacement in a week. very good customer service and excellent pump!
