Items slide forward on shelves

Two of the three shelves are slightly bent forward which caused anything that I put on them to also slide forward and fall over. I’m very disappointed with this purchase because I had a much cheaper shower caddy that I replaced the Simplehuman one with and the cheaper shower caddies shelves were level and I never had a problem with the item sliding. I would not recommend this item. Also, I have tried to reach Simplehuman about this issue but there’s no phone number to call and I can only send an email and no one has responded.

Seems sturdy, easy to assemble, looks nice/sleek, so far has held up in the shower (1 month), I like all the hook options!
