The downside was I should have gotten the 8 foot but my husband cut the 9 foot into an 8 foot other than I love it no rust stains easy access to all our necessities will def buy from you again

Had the shower caddy for a couple of years now. No issues, no rust, no problems. It still looks as new today as the day it arrived. It was very easy to install, a child can do it. We have been very satisfied with it and would buy another one for other bathrooms if we had the shower stall (seems like it won't work well in a bath tub, mainly it is for stand-up showers with trays). There is one thing I would like to see improved, and that is the strength/rigidity of the caddy baskets. The metal basket wire spokes are a bit overly flexible, making it difficult to support shampoo bottles of larger sizes and/or weights. It has not been a huge issue, but it is something that could be improved. Perhaps with some connecting braces in between the spokes to keep them from spreading apart? Overall, I recommend this product. 4 of 5 stars.

This looks sharp and completely functional. We have textured tiles covering the shower and couldn’t use any suction cups or anything. This shower caddy solved the problem!

Poor construction

In the process of returning the shower caddy. The plastic on the part of the pole extension connectors will not fit into the pole. The part is too large to be inserted, perhaps a bad injection mold or a manufacturing error. Not the quality we expect from Simple Human.

Great addition to a small shower

We have a small shower and previously had an over the shower head storage. This mounted in the corner easily and accommodates my wife's and my stuff. It looks well made and hopefully stand the test of time like all Simple Human products.
