VERY, very pleased with the interface for the Smart TV, along with the Universal Magic Remote, you only need the one remote when combined with the on screen remote which emulates my FIOS remote, the picture has been spot on and I have not adjusted one thing, I use this in my bedroom and appreciate how it adjusts automatically to the light. NO Regrets on this purchase!
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality

BACKLIGHTS FAILING

I LIKED THIS TV UNTIL THE BACKLIGHTS STARTED FLICKERING IN THREE LOCATIONS ABOUT FOUR MONTHS AGO WHEN OUR TV WAS JUST OVER A YEAR OLD.
NOW, ONE OF THOSE FLICKERING BACKLIGHT LOCATIONS HAS FAILED COMPLETELY, AND WE HAVE NO BACKLIGHT THERE.
WHEN WILL THE OTHER SITES FAIL, TOO?
I THOUGHT LG STOOD FOR QUALITY?!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love this Tv. I have a 32-inch that I've had for over 5 yrs which was the reason I purchased a 40 inch. LG...keep on doing what you're doing.

This is my first LED television, and I like the features of internet wireless connection and the providing of the internet options without using my ROKU. Color is vibrant sound is decent and the weight is excellent for being able to move it and the stand around without much effort at all. Way enough ports to add on devices as well.
