Good so far, but not great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased about a month ago. So far it has been a good purchase, still trying to figure out all of the features. Bone thing I have noticed is that the clothes still seem slightly damp when the drying cycle is done? I'm hoping this is just a setting issue and not something wrong with the sensor.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Most important thing Wife loves it

Only had this dryer a month but the wife says it was a great investment. Only one small thing, when I went to switch the door from right hinge to left the instructions called for a Torx-25 screw driver, well it should have said a Torx-20 screw driver which I fortunately had so it didn't create a headache. The switch was just as easy as the instruction made it look, thank you Whirlpool for such good instructions.

Wi-Fi doesn't work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Too big. Washer connects to the Router, but this Dryer doesn't. Getting huge gas bills after I bought this. Even though I put High Heat, I see some clothes are still wet. Too noisy
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Dryer!

We really enjoy this new dryer! It has a very large capacity and operates quietly. The front glass door is a neat feature so you can see the clothes moving around inside. We specifically wanted a dryer that linked with the app on the phone. Our dryer is in the basement so being able to see how long is left on a cycle and when the clothes are dry is very helpful! Linking it up with the Wifi was very easy. My wife gets an alert on her phone every time the dryer, or matching washer, finishes a load. I highly recommend it. Best part is this dryer is designed and manufactured in the USA!

The size is #1! The high heat is incredible too! There is not one thing i can tell you constructively that I would like to see differently done with this machine. Very satisfied!

never worked

After paying a lot of money and waiting a week to have it delivered, the dryer never worked. The heating assembly was defective and it took 2 weeks to get a serviceman to look at it. Then it took another week to get the part in only to find out it didn't include all the pieces he needed to fix it. So one month later, I have a pretty dryer that still doesn't work. Very disappointed!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
