WONDERFUL

A lot of people might mistake this product for being "broken" when in fact the filter just needs cleaned. I have had this product for 6 years and I have had to clean out the filter twice. The first time I thought it was broken, called over a repair man, and that is all that was wrong.. to much hair in my filter. I have 4 kids and put this washer through the ringer and it still works great. I got a little ruff with the door and broke the connector, however I called the 1800 # and got a rep right away who told me that it was only going to $6.95 for the part!!! I love this washier and I hope you do too!

8 years of use and kaput

Here's what I loved: You could get a good sized load in even this small capacity washer, as the front loader holds more. I have this washer mounted UNDER COUNTER which is very efficient use of space.
Clothes got clean, and I like the energy efficiency of both water use, and electricity.
Here's what I hate: The product only lasted 8 years. My last washer lasted 20. Sure I used it hard with three kids, but I used the other one hard too. Quality should imply durability, and to my mind 8 years is not "durable".
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Product

Overall, this is a great washing machine. I had a problem with the first one - it had a leak - but the second one that was delivered has been great. Just make sure you have it on a level surface or it will rock because it spins so fast. Great value for a front loader that is stackable and still small enough to fit easily in a tight laundry room or closet.

Great little machine

I was slightly concerned at first by some reviews that were not favorable, But.... this machine has been great! It is parked in my newly redesigned kitchen underneath the counter...the top comes off to fit. I have owned it for almost 2 years. Not one problem ...just silently goes about its business...with an occasional whirling sound.... a little bit slow(a little less than an hour) but cleans well. Functional and sturdyand even relatively inexpensive...very happy with it...I got the extended warranty due to the chicken littles out there but haven't used it.....

I have had this washer/dryer set for a year now and have had no problems what so ever. Hopefully now the warranty is up that will continue.
