[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm enjoying this new range a lot. However, the grates on top of the burners are a little uneven causing my pots and pans to wobble slightly. My appliance salesperson ordered new ones but they are also uneven in exactly the same spot. The convection oven option seems to overcook my baked items on one side - I no longer use the "convection option". The controls are a little too sensitive but I'm getting used to them. I LOVE the warming drawer.
Pros: easy to use, Design, quick to preheat, Convenient Features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We remodeled our kitchen a few months ago and after a lot of research and review reading, we chose KitchenAid. This is our first stainless suite and my husband and I both love the look. Performance is spot on. Our kitchen, dining and living space are all in one, the great room concept, so looks, performance and noise level are considerations. This slide in range has such a great look for the price and the performance is awesome. I am used to cooking with Duel Fuel so I was skeptical. The gas ovens I used decades ago put out so much heat with uneven cooking results, I dreaded my first cooking experience with this new oven. I pulled out some tried and true recipes and I fired up the new oven and much to my delight I got perfect cooking results! I got even cooking and even browning. With electronic touch pads and convection options an oven is going to have a fan. Some are louder than others, however I don't find the fan noise on this unit to be obtrusive. The cook top and BTUs give me everything I need. The surface under the burners is black, not stainless...works for me. I have not used the warming drawer yet, but it should come in handy for the holidays. I cook a lot and I wanted a range that performed. This one does!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this in May and love all the features. My only issue is with the top grill. It is very difficult if not impossible to clean. Spills that happen while cooking cannot come out. I have tried every product and home remedy and they do not work. On my previous gas stove the grill was shiny and smooth and easy to clean. This type of grill should be offered as an option or upgrade.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have been using for about a month with a propane conversion, works great. The front panel is way too touchy and must be kept locked to inadvertently selecting something you did not want to select. Would have been nice to be able to get to the back leveling feet by removing the warming drawer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] On the whole, this range is serviceable and the convection oven in particular is very reliable. However, the fan makes a huge amount of noise when the oven is turned on. Sometimes after using all the burners the fan stays on even after I have served and we are eating our meal. In my open kitchen design, this is very annoying. I also can't fathom why the back right rear burner is larger than the front right one - it would be much easier for me to cook if these two sizes were reversed. When there is so much power on each burner, I can't figure out why it takes so long to heat up a frying pan or boil water, regardless of which burner I use. I would actually never purchase this range again; but it fit our overall needs, being slide-in and mid-range price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Why did I choose this one over the competitors? First of all it was the only one availabe in WHITE. I have a white appliance kitchen which is part of the dining room and living room so very visible. White cupboards. Secondly it was at a sale price. It seemed easier to clean too. One feature that is difficult to adapt to is the sensitivity of the control panel. One bump/ touch will turn on the controls so one must be very careful NOT to bump against it when not operating.
Pros: fit in the space very well, Performance, easy to use, Convenient Features, Design, Innovative
Cons: the sensivity of the control panel
