[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a kitchen aid slide in range 13 years and the circuit board was defective,I replaced it with this model and instead of heating something at 400 degrees for 12 to 15 min,it takes 25 to 30min . it takes so much longer to heat, My wife is talking about getting rid of this new range because she is afraid its going to ruin the thanksgiving dinner when the time comes. I feel so bad that I choose this .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the way the entire top is covered by it's grates. The enclosed burners and flat surface area make cleaning easy. The only down side that I've found is the fan in the convection oven is a bit loud. It may need adjusting and I will contact the warranty/repair department for more details.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this stove about a month ago and have enjoyed it very much. It is so very easy to keep clean. I like the burner selections as they make cooking multiple dishes at the same time very easy. Nice spacious oven and wonderful warming drawer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Haven't been able to use all of the features yet, but love that I have a convection oven and warming drawer to give me more cooking flexibility. There were not many black slide in ranges on the market, so this one fit the bill for us.
Pros: easy to use, Performance, Design, Innovative, Convenient Features
Cons: a bit noisy when oven is on. getting used to it., grates are heavy & bulky to remove for cleaning.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Almost a year now since this purchase. I am disappointed that I have to take the racks out to clean my oven. I had hoped to get away without the manual oven cleaning. also I find that the grates above the burners are very hard to keep clean. do you have any suggestions? never Had gas before and find cooking different, My pots seem to heat around the outside edges before the centre boils. it also takes longer to boil than on my old electric burners. I thought gas was supposed to be faster? on the whole I am happy with the product but would like you input if you can help with these issues. thanks. delise

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Moved into new house a little over a year ago and needed to purchase a new stove. We decided to upgrade to a gas range. This stove has been a disappointment from day one. We have had to have it repaired twice leaving long periods in the winter months without the use of the oven. The burners are extremely slow and takes twices as long to cook anything. I would never recommend this product.
