[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I gave this range five stars even though I did have a problem when it first arrived. Gas was bleeding through into the oven. Luckily my husband works for our local gas company and had a gas tracker and isolated the problem to the oven. He turned off the gas to the oven but I was still able to use the stove top. We called Kitchen Aid and they gave us the name of the local certified repair company. The repairman came out but had to order the part to fix the problem. I ended up not being able to use my oven for a couple of days. After that was resolved I have just loved everything about my range. I am a caterer by trade and I cook all the time. This stove is so easy to clean (unlike my professional range at my shop), which saves me a lot of time. The covection oven is my favorite feature. It also has a convect converter, so if you have never used a convection oven it will convert the temp and time for you. How easy is that! The only suggestion I could offer is to have two power burners instead of one....but like I said I cook ALL the time, for the average cook I am sure one is just fine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 6 months ago. I thik the grilles are too high that the pot sits too far from the flame. Also, the grilles don't hold small pots very well, they kind of loose balance. The oven works great, I have used the convection oven and the conventional one. I haven't use the self-cleaning option, I can't review that feature.

Touch panel is very sensitive & can turn on if accidently to

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Woudl like to know how to clean the gray burner grates that come on the white stove. I've tried everything and cannot remove stains. Also, the touch panel is so very sensitive (when not locked) that sometimes I turn on something if I accidently bump it while using cook top.
Pros: Convenient Features, easy to use, Performance
Cons: touch panel too sensitive, gray burner grates impossible to clean

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am enjoying my new range, especially the convection baking feature. There are four issues that I have with my new range: 1. I can just barely touch the oven control, and the various features come on. Of course, I can turn them off easily enough, but it's an annoyance. 2. The front right burner will not always activate when I turn it on, and I have to use a candle lighter to turn it on. My husband also has this problem when he uses the stove. At first I thought we were just not yet accustomed to the new range, but we have had no problem with the other three burners. 3. I have gotten something on one of the surface burners and the burner grates, and nothing with which I have tried to clean it will get it off so it is noticeable. I have used Barkeeper's Friend which is always very effective with other things. Nonabrasive plastic scrubbers are not effective. 4. I would have liked to have had another triple tier burner. I usually have to use more than one large pan when I cook.
I am very happy with the way my range performs, and I like the simplicity of cleaning the porcelain top.
If you have suggestions in addition to those in the manual for cleaning the grates and the burner, I would love to have them.

I bought this over a month ago and it was delivered with a scratch and a burner that had some brown sticky stuff on the main burner. The burner grate on the left was broke. They has service replace it and it was the wrong one. A replacement was ordered over 6 weeks ago and still do not have it. Bought this product Slyman Brothers in St. Louis Mo.
