[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are NOT professionals BUT I am a serious home baker and we are real cooks; we don't buy appliances for looks. This appliance is powerful and durable - an excellent buy for the price range. The controls are well-placed and mostly easy to use. We haven't used all the features. Only minor complaint - we are going to have recalibrate the oven temp - it's definitely "low". Cleaning the interior-most part of the burners is not easy and currently I am approaching Kitchen Aid about replacing the rings on the biggest burner due to some pre-mature wear. Overall though... highly recommended.

I am skinny, but even I cannot reach into the cabinet above the stove without endless beeping as I reach for items in the cabinet. Very annoying.
If you have any kind of belly--be prepared to be annoyed with this stonve.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a really fine stove. There's plenty of flexibility on the range, and you always know where you've set the dial. I haven't used the bun warmer yet, but I'm glad it's there, and everything else works logically and efficiently. I am especially glad to have disposed of the electric stove I bought a year ago. A double-oven Maytga it was the worst appliance I ever purchased--impossible to read, and very temperamental in what pans you were allowed to use. I could never tell when it was on because it shut itself off and on all the time. It was incredibly frustrating, and I could not be happier to now have this perfect stove. The only I would add would be roll-out shelves on wheels.
Pros: easy to use, Convenient Features, Performance
Cons: go for roll-out oven shelves

I like everything about this range except for the 12,500 BTU

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the 15,000 BTU burner. I am heating water for tea in the teapot and using this burner most of the time. The 6000 BTU burners get used very little. I will use them next time I prepare a large meal. It's the 12,500 BTU burner that is a big disappointment. I think there is something wrong with mine and I have called out the warranty service tech who is coming on Wednesday. Not enough heat is generated from this larger BTU burner.
The oven is great but I have not used the convection portion yet.
If the 12,500 BTU burner worked properly, I would like the range a lot more.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
