[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have been enjoying my LG TV for two years now and my wife loves her Washer and Dryer, so it was time to replace our Micro Wave and I'm glad we did , first it is very easy to use and best part is I have never tasted pop corn this way before it pops all the curnels just from the pop corn button and does not burn any pop corn, being the micro was so great we replaced our stove with an LG slide in and a new dish washer to , we also have a LG French door regenerator . All LG house LIFE IS SURE GOOD

I Always wanted a smart TV and when I purchased this, I was very happy I did. It is very easy to use and has many features that make many of the apps I use on my phone and computer very accessible. The 3-D feature works like a charm and the swivel makes it easy to pivot the TV in the direction you need it with ease. I really enjoy using my TV, I recommend it from everyone.

LG 55" GA version Smart TV

We have had our LG Smart TV installed for over a month now. I am so glad I waited for the new 2013 models. Initial install was a breeze and we had the unit up on the wall and powered up in minutes. One word of caution , when lifting the tv, hold it from the bottom and support it on the sides with two people. We had lifted from both sides and it caused a bright area in one corner that took a few days to clear. This may be the same complaint that I read about in early reviews on amazon. The setup takes a little while but is fairly automated. even the wireless networking config was quick. We love the ability to pop onto the web to research something that catches our interest and discover more details. Kinda makes it a learning tool as well as entertainment. We didn't really think we would be doing much 3D, but bought it for the dual processing. Of course now we watch every 3D show that come across in the 3D sampler, it's awesome. The magic remote takes a few tries to get used to , then it's amazing too. Still working on learning the voice recognition key words but the basic commands appear to be understood clearly and processed in seconds. Overall picture quality is great. I have a Panasonic plasma as a comparison unit and have been really impressed with this LED. Our LG is in a large, well lit room and the picture is good even in full sun. Hopefully don't need to buy a new TV anytime soon, but would buy this one again.

For me, especially LG is, warranty, strength, quality, the best technology on the market, is something that I would recommend it to anyone who wants a good product, just try it and you will see the results.

Feature-rich, large enough, and a reasonable price

Purchased as a replacement for a 42" Sony HDTV. Much larger screen area in the same size cabinet. Prefer the passive 3D glasses over expensive and quirky active glasses. The Google browser and widgets are handy and fun but the "mega" remote is a tad awkward and virtually impossible to read in reduced lighting. My only complaint (minor) is that the sensing for pointer tool positioning is a tad too erratic and the "scroll wheel" for web pages isn't a track ball to give a more accurate pointer positioning for all applications. The trainable voice command system is cool. I also like the "simulated 3D from 2D" mode that adds dimensionality to static programming. Overall, a vastly improved viewing experience for 1/4th of what I paid for an inferior (smaller screen, larger cabinet, fewer input sources, no internet access, lower refresh rate, fewer "goodies") HDTV just a few years ago.
Pros: Style/Design, Features/Settings

Awesome tv with excellent 3d. The only problem is some artifacting during fast moving scenes.
