Instructions need to be much better

Setting up instructions for the WF-2660 are pretty poor to say the least. They are vague and assume everyone has computer skills in understanding the vagaries of blue tooth and wifi and do not reflect what may otherwise a value for money product. Directions to perform certain actions are given without explaining what they are or how to perform them.
An example of an inadequate instructions, are those not present for accessing the opening for installing ink cartridges. No guidance (as per a label) on the machine itself or in the instruction sheet .

Obviously there is an interlock between top and intermediate covers. It would be nice to tell us somewhere in these instructions, before the unit is broken on its first day of ownership.

I must preface my following remarks by saying that I am somewhat of a "hacker@ when it comes to IT stuff. I found this printer very difficult to set up and still don't really know that I am getting the full benefit of its capabilities. I have found the touch-screen somewhat temperamental. It is inclined to leave "lines" when printing photos which is very frustrating. But I will have to persevere and hope that these hiccups sort themselves out!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Fast when it works

I'm pretty disappointed. It prints really fast which is great but getting it to print from various devices is a pain. The laptop that installed the program, no problem, everything else including ipad, iPhone, other people lap tops is constantly an issue. I'm seriously thinking of returning it. I don't have time to waste. Oh and another bonus can print pictures on plain paper. Already had to replace black ink, don't believe the amount specified on the box. Pretty disappointing, I was convinced by the shop this was the one. Also can't scan both sides of a document.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Only just purchased this printer. It took a bit to get it connected, but not operating well. All the things I are tried so far I am very happy with.

Excellent value printer for medium intensity home use

I recently purchased this printer after owning another Epson product for some years. After extensive research, I settled on this model and make. Set up was very straight forward with the setup wizard provided by Epson intuitive and easy to use. Within a very short time I was printing from my home computer via my home wireless network, via my Android device and I could also scan and email documents to my home email account. Both standard document and photo printing was of a high quality. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the purchase and I'd thoroughly recommend it others.
