Easy to install although automatic wiFi couldn't detect, went manually and installed straight away. Good instructions and even novice should find easy.

First time setting the printer it took me 3hours. Not very clear instructions for installation. I was disappointed with that process. I hope it gets better when I start using it.

Had problems with this product

This product was purchased 27 Feb 2015. We have had minor problems with the printer and scanner off and on over the past few months. Updates have been regular. We had a 2 year extended warranty.
Today it would start to print then stop, despite new ink cartridges put in a few days ago. We tried everything we could think of before going to where we purchased it. We even purchased Epson brand paper at $48, without success. We heeded advice given, with no results. Eventually it stop printing even partial pages, and the message said to contact our supplier.
We returned to our retail outlet, and it was exchanged, for the same product at no cost to us, except the inconvenience, for which we are grateful. So here's hoping.....

I bought this printer yesterday and it has been easy to set up including printing wirelessly from my phone. I am very happy with it so far. It is also compact and takes up less space on my desk.
