i needed a blue ray player for my movies..since i had an HD TV it was only logical that i get one..i've dealt with samsung products in the past so i knew their reputation..so when i saw this one and it was a SMART 3D blue ray i had to get it!! DVD's are sharp..i have no complaints..now i'm just waiting to get the LED SMART TV and i'm set!!
Pros: Inexpensive, Realistic color

Blu Ray movies on this machine are awesome. Set up was easy. Would recommend this disc player to anyone.

Great player for the money

This is a very nice player for the money. Plays my mkv files from media drive. Great bluray quality. Apps could be easier and smoother, but this is pretty typical of all bluray players. Buy a Roku3 if you want to stream channels and use internet apps. Highly recommend.

This 3D blu ray player delivers a rich 3d experience that I though was only possible in the movie theaters. the picture for non 3d is better than an previous blu ray players I have owned. many picture options to play and tweek with. I would highly recomend this to anyone that does not want to bust the bank to purchase a high quality 3D Blu Ray Player.

I love the fact i didnt even know that blu ray players had apps or even wifi its actually one of the only devices that will use the 5ghz band of my router love the quality simple to use works great with my 6030 TV

Perfect choice to upgrade

It was time to upgrade, finally, to a BluRay player. I have a Samsung TV and wanted the same make. The price was too good to pass. Personally, I will never use the 3D part but that's just me. It looks slick and modern. Easy to use. I had an issue for two weeks with the Samsung App store but an early July firmware update came through and that fixed the problem. Network connection is immediate and steady. No loss of connection. I would highly recommend.
