The features are extremely impressive, much more than the competition offers.
I do happen to have a defective unit that at times quit in the middle of a program.
However, the unit is under warranty and the technical support team is second to none.
You can allow their team control of your unit in order to have them analyze the problem.

They verified that my unit had a glitch and arranged that I can return it for repair or replacement.
I am very impressed with Samsung and the total dedication that they offer their customers.

I just love my Blu-Ray player. Its super fast the apps are amazing as well I can watch movies from my flash-drive.

As soon as I turn on my system, the television automatically turns on and the DVD is ready to play.
Another great feature is the ability to synchronize all Samsung products to this player. I stream movies, internet, etc. from my tablet to my television via the DVD player. It's awesome!

The player would not hold the wireless information although all my other products did, phone, computer, etc. Very disappointed and returned to the store.
