My carpet looks like new after cleaning. I also cleaned my dining room chairs very pleased with results. I love my animals and the odor cleaning formula helps with pet accidents. They sometimes like to use my small rugs This machine will clean small rugs as well as carpet. I am going to order the part that will clean my kitchen tile.

I Just Received The New Deep Cleaner Today and We Thought are carpet was not to bad so i just wanted to do the pet area and see how it worked. Well we could not believe the difference in the carpet after cleaning it with this deep cleaner. I was getting a little upset because I Just wanted to do one area but your product does so well you can't stop so it kept me working not that that's a bad thing. It is simple to use and cleaning the machine afterwards is just as simple. Like i said I have only had it for a few hours and so far I am impressed with it.

I cleaned a few rooms and stairs with this. It cleaned very well! The cleaner itself did a great job on the carpets in the hall and rooms. The Deep Reach Pet attachment did a good job on the carpeted stairs, however, we have a golden retriever that sheds a lot of fur, and this attachment seemed to "catch" the fur inside. There was no way to remove this fur from inside. I am looking into getting one of the other attachments to see if that is easier to clean. I did vacuum first, however, her fur is so fine that the vacuum dose not pick it all up, but this cleaner is doing such a good job, it is getting what the vacuum can't. I do recommend this cleaner, it does a great job, much better than our old #Hover# cleaner, and is much easier to fill and clean! It cleans the carpets so clean and is easy to push. I can't wait to do the rest of the house.

Recommend by a friend, we bought this carpet cleaner with high expectations. We were looking for something that could defeat cat and dog (and people) dirt that had been collecting on furniture and carpets for over two years+ and not damage them. We had to clean oriental and regular rugs. The machine worked flawlessly and was quick too. The hand held attachment works great on upholstery. We highly recommend it!

Bissel carpet cleaner ruined my carpet

Bissel ruined my carpet by dousing it with soap and now carpet is soaked and company coming over tomorrow for thanksgiving. I only used it one other time. This is a disaster for us!
