Easy to assemble and use.

I just finished spending the day with this deep clean premier pet deep cleaner. This really is a deep cleaner because I thoroughly vacuumed all my carpet before cleaning and I cannot believe the dog hair and dirt this cleaner picked up. I don't think I have ever been so happy to see dirty water. I had to stop to empty the tank and refill the bladder 3 times but it was fast and easy. I love the super long power cord and hose especially when I was cleaning the stairs. I didn't have to have the cleaner right next to me. I will definitely be needing a stair cleaning attachment tho. The deep reach pet tool and the tough stain tool both worked great. I used the deep reach pet tool on the stairs and the tough stain tool on some flatter carpet with great results. I would definitely recommend this cleaner to anyone with pets.

i love the product just the machine leaks dirty water after use with the tank out. how do i fix it or is this normal? anything helps cause if its broke ima take it back but my car and couch and floor looks amazing!

We have a Border Collie and a German Shepherd. So, needless to say, our carpet gets hairy. Between our Bissell vac and Deep Cleaner, you would never know that the dogs were ever on the carpet.

I bought this product and I used today for the first time. I was used to rent carpet cleaners in the past, but now I am very surprised!!!! This carpet cleaner really cleans so deep and I did not believe when I saw the pet's hair inside the basket!!!! It's easy to use and it's lighter than the others... And now all my house is clean and I believe my dog will forget its "toilet".The BEST product ever, Thank you Bissell!!!

A year and a half ago my husband and I bought a house. The carpets are a light colored Berber. There was clear wear and traffic path, ground in dirt. Since then there have been multiple stains added, coffee, spaghetti sauce, other food stains and more coffee plus the additional wear and tear. We were talking about replacing the carpet but decided we wanted to try cleaning first. My husband did all the research and bought the machine. Used it today and the carpets look all but new. The machine was easy to use, is well designed and worked beautifully. The outcome, amazing. It even lifted the spots that were lightly matted. Love the results. Only problem for us, the Deep Reach wand is positioned in such a way that it was knocked off several times. We have a number of tight spots to clean in and any time the wand was bumped off it came. Overall, one of the best purchases we have made in a long time. Thank you for this wonderful machine.

You can only use a Bissell once between each visit to the repair shop. It just won't spray, until you take it into a shop for repair. Poorest design I have ever had the misfortune to own. After taking it in to shop for repair, it will do a good job. I clean it after every use as recommended. Next time I need to shampoo....guess what? It won't work again. Back to the repair shop. I absolutely hate it and would NEVER buy anything Bissell makes again!!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
