Dearest Bissell! About 4 years ago I purchased the Deep Clean Premier Multi-Surface Pet Cleaner. My husband and I had recently gotten a puppy and a new home at the same time. I was not about to risk living with dirty floors! Since that time we have adopted another dog, experienced dogs with upset tummies :( and have gotten 20 chickens! Let me just tell you, my house (carpets especially) would not have survived if it had not been for my cleaner! With as much as we have been cleaning our carpets of doggy accidents, tracked in chicken poo (yuck!) or spilled cranberry-vodkas, the cleaner has done the job with stains and smell! Our carpets have not been torn up and look next to new. I have lost my fear of things spilling on the carpets or on the furniture for that matter because I know I have my tried and true handy dandy sidekick. Thank you for making such a superior product! I am the type of person that takes pride in ownership of anything that is in my possession and this product is one that I stand behind time and time again (pun intended). I don't know what I would have done without this cleaner! So again, THANK YOU!!! I absolutely love it and will continue to buy Bissell products as long as I have carpets! A VERY HAPPY customer.

Just used mine yesterday and am in love. I used it on my son's bedroom carpet, several area rugs, and an ottoman. Worked wonderfully. Only negatives are that the DeepClean Premier only comes with a small starter bottle of formula so have to run to the store before I can finish my carpets. Also found that the deep cleaner is a bit heavy for me. Otherwise it does the job! Instructions are easy to follow. My husband even enjoyed helping me clean the carpets.

I bought the model 17N49 with the stair cleaner attachment. First time I used it, it broke within 5 minutes. Its not very strong. Disappointed in the weakness and how it snapped off so quickly.

I've been using the ProHeat 2X and really liked it. However, when this model came out, I bought it. WOW! My 17 year old off white carpet looks almost like brand new now. It dried amazingly fast within a few hours. I didn't know if I'd like not having rinse water, but it seems to work out well. The cord is 8' shorter than the 2X so I needed to use an extention cord. Also, I used to use the "tools" setting to stop the suction in order to scrub in the "soap" a little before sucking it up. I can't do this with the DeepClean Premier. But, as I mentioned, my carpet is cleaner now using this machine. It's not too loud and not too difficult to push. It's not extremely heavy so would probably be OK to do stairs and carry upstairs if I had a two story home. I'm pleased with this carpet cleaner and I think many of the concerns regarding previous Bissell's have been addressed. Would have preferred a different color than GREEN... Hot pink or purple would have been nice! LOL...

Starship Enterprise Carpet Cleaning

First thing I noticed about this carpet cleaner is the modern Starship design. Opening the Box. When I got the carton I noticed that it has three Photos of Bissell's various cleaning supplies. Pretreat, Remove Pet Stains, and Professional Grade. Now from the looks of that I thought there would be sample sizes of the various products in the box. Not so. When you open the box you get to the flap that shows what is included. You do get a small size of the Pet Formula. Just enough to fill the tank about 2 times. Next I went looking for the Quick Start Guide and the User's guide. Couldn't find them anywhere. No problem, I'll just look it up on their web page. Luckily they do put the model number on the box (I still haven't found it on the machine). I say lucky because when I did go the web site and entered key words "premiere pet", it brought up tons of entries and I found it difficult to find the correct one. The model number got me the documents I wanted immediately. The Bissell web site was nice enough to open the manuals in my web browser. The problem arose when I wanted to save the files to my Windows Laptop. On one manual it saved the file with no extension, the User guide saved with an extension except it was the wrong one i.e. .pdf_. If you try to open either document windows asks what you want to open it with , as it does not recognize it is a Adobe Acrobat doc. Rename both files so they end in .PDF solved that and I was ready to go. Putting the machine together was a no brainer. The two major pieces snap together and then you put two screws in to hold it. Hang the various holders and tools and you pretty much have it. This model has one tank for both the hot water and the cleaner. Plus the tank is bigger than previous models. They include a 2.5 oz measuring cup and you are to measure 5.0 oz of cleaning fluid and put it in the tank then top off with hot water. So with that set I was ready to go. Man , this thing cleans like crazy. With the bigger tank I don't have to refill as often and just one tank vs two is a real bonus. I used half as many fill ups as I did on our older cleaner and the carpets looks like new. So, yes there was some minor screw ups starting out. However what you buy this thing for, is what is does best. I have no problem highly recommending this cleaner to anyone. We live on a farm and have all kinds of animals so stuff gets tracked in on a regular basis. We also live in the North Ga. Mountains with clay as fine as face powder that gets everywhere. Cleaning carpets has become a monthly chore. With this is takes less time and does a fantastic job.

The day we moved in to our Apartment, The Carpet was still damp. Needless to say our carpet had Traffic lanes on day one, Plus add in coffee spills, Cat Messes , more dirt and dust you can shake a stick at. Our Premier Pet Deep Cleaner arrived 2 Weeks ago. I finally assembled it, And used it. Out light Tan carpet that looked more brown now, Was in the course of one hour our terrible smelly carpet, Was CLEAN and free of Cat Hair and looked like the day we moved in. It is very easy to use and the clean up is very easy. I can now have guest over with no Embarrassment.
