Tile Cleaner

i have Tile throughout my house and I don't like using a big heavy mop that leaves the floor looking dirty. i needed a machine that would scrub the tile and suck up the water too. I searched and couldn't find one that was just for tile, so I bought this one. I'm not completely happy with it because it pushes a line of dirty water in front of it. It doesn't have any side suction. I have to go behind it with a damp mop and remove the streaks. I also don't like the way the tank is designed. When you pour out the dirty water, you wind up pouring out some of your cleaning solution that you might have left. I did use it to clean the carpet in my vehicle and the upholstery on my chairs. It did do a good job on those.

Sorry it didn't work well on your tile, but we're glad to hear it worked great on your carpet and upholstery. You may have better luck on your tile with a steam mop - here is one that has great reviews and has a flip down easy scrubber for spots or grout http://www.bissell.com/powerfresh-steam-mop/?cid=ccsocial

Tried several rentals and a competitor machines. This Bissell blows them away. I finally got the deep down stain out of the carpet at the front desk/waiting room of my office! Very pleased with the power/ design/ overall performance!

Quiet powerhouse

We have 2 dogs, the younger being only 7+1/2 months old, so there have been some "mistakes". I received the machine and my wife and I assembled it in all of 5 minutes. We filled it with water and cleaning solution and turned it on. It was SO QUIET ! Plus, the color of the old water, showed that the machine was really pulling up some dirt. One feature that I really liked was the ability to easily remove the clear plastic cover of the brush rolls, for easy cleaning. Overall....it's a solid machine !

I tried my new DeepClean Premier Pet Upright Carpet Cleaner this week for the first time. I had previously had another brand of carpet cleaner that I just felt barely scratched the surface of cleaning the carpet. It died about a month ago, so i checked out Bissell and saw the great reviews for the 17N4 model. Wow, what a huge difference! The Bissell really cleaned deeply...so much so that there were blobs of carpet fibers here and there that I had to pick up and toss in the trash. The carpet looks 100% better and left a nice fresh smell in the house. The only negative thing I saw was that if I stopped the cleaner to pick up something off the rug, it would drip water onto the rug in spots where it sat. I guess that is normal since my previous machine did the same thing. I just had to go back over those spots to "suck up" the water spots and made sure to move the cleaner out in the garage quickly after finishing my cleaning. Other than that, I felt it did a fantastic job.

Well designed pet cleaner

Over the years, we have used a few Bissell machines, that we have always found to be of a good quality. Recently, my wife tried the new Deep Clean Premier Pet Deep Cleaner. It seems to be a little larger machine with a larger tank, making the tank a little heavier when emptying and refilling. It seemed to do a good job cleaning our family room carpet where my pet dog spends a lot of time. My wife emptied the tank of dirty water three times. The first two times using the free sample of Pet shampoo provided with the cleaner and the third time using just plain water. The only problem she had was with a little red lever that became stuck and wouldn't allow the water to go through the system, till she finally figured out the problem. Unfortunately, her conversation with Customer Service, couldn't figure out how to solve the problem. All and all, a good machine for cleaning a very dirty carpet, utilizing a good constant heat flow, good brush action, and a hair basket, for retaining my dog's hair. So, my wife and I would rate this a very good machine from our initial test.

I have 2 dogs, a cat, and a room mate who won't wipe his feet. I bought it and used it and I love it !! My old shampooer gave me brown water. The water from my first clean with this baby was black !! and I could tell the dirt in my carpet was gone and I could see the gold color once again. Love it !!

This cleaner is easy to use and easy to keep clean. With the double roller cleaning and excellent spray my carpets were cleaned in record time. I even let friends use it so they could see for themselves how great it worked. They bought one for themselves. Excellent machine
