I used this to clean up some stains on 2 rooms of carpeted floors! It was light weight and easy to maneuver and the carpets are clean once again! I also bought one for my daughter and one for my son and their families all are happy!
I would recommend this to a friend!

It's decent but I'm missing my Hoover now

So, I bought this because my Hoover SteamVac did not have an attached hose and I was sick of dealing with that and the fact that the parts were cheap and breaking after only 5 years. There are parts I like about my Bissell: Attached hose, lightweight, seems more robust. Unfortunately though, I'm not as impressed with using the upright. It just doesn't seem to hold as much water as the 2 tank hoover did, so I am replacing the water all the time, and that is more annoying since I have to manually mix in the soap now too. The trigger also seems to have issues. I'll hold it down the entire pass, and there are some patches with almost no water and others with a ton. Maybe it's just broken and needs to be fixed, (I've had it 2 weeks.) and if it's working right, the tank would be big enough. Not real thrilled on that one then though. My other issue is that since the tank doesn't lock down, it doesn't take much to dislodge it, thereby resulting in no suction. (too sharp of a turn, for instance) It doesn't happen a ton, but it never happened with my hoover. I'm going to give this several more attempts, but right now, I'm thinking this purchase was a mistake. I probably should have bought a Bissell SpotBot for the hand tools and just fixed my Hoover upright.

This is my first consumer carpet shampoo machine as I have always rented the commercial models. This machine blew me away and is just as good as the commercial models and maybe even better. My carpets had not been cleaned in awhile and needed it badly. The Bissell machine did an excellent job. When my wife came home she said: "the carpet looks like new." The machine is very easy to use, and clean up is a snap. My only criticism is the water tank needs to be refilled more frequently than a commercial model, but not to the point where it would be a negative. I love my Bissell Deep Clean Premier.

I had very deep stains on my old carpet. I was surprised how this shampooer renewed the look of my carpet. This shampooer and the cleaning items that come with the shampooer I highly recommend. This is a very satisfied customer. The kids were asking you got new carpet? Wow!

This is my first Bissell Carpet Cleaner. I used to have Hoover, but it broke and so my husband bought the Bissell. He has used a Bissell before and that's why he bought this one. The DeepCleaner does a wonderful job. We have 2 dogs and I see some dog-hairs catched up in the little tray, but not all of them. I like the fact, that you can easily clean the whole Carpet-cleaner, by taking off parts. Very nice. But I dislike the "Bladder" and the dirty water in one tank. It is a hassle to drain the dirty water, without having the clean water spilling out at the same time. The clean water spills out on the top and goes all over. I wish, there was a lid on the clean water tank for this case. Would make the Deep-Cleaner the perfect Carpet-Cleaner imo.
