Have used this carpet cleaner for two months---very effective carpet cleaner, easy to assemble, use, clean-up --- pet stains disappear in a flash. Had another brand for which I paid almost double in price---no comparison. Thank you Bissell!

After using the Bissell DeepClean Premier™ Pet Deep Cleaner, I will never rent or purchase another brand again. I was very impressed with the cleaning and stain removing power this machine has. I love the pet hair collection basket and the Edgesweep brushes for cleaning right up against the baseboards. My carpets look brand new and all the stains are gone. As neighbors stop by to visit, they are very impressed, they thought I bought new carpet. You will not regret buying this product.

DeepClean Premier Cleans Great

DeepClean Premier Pet Deep Cleaner is a fantastic machine. I use it not only for stains, pets and other type of stains, but have used it to do a general cleaning of our carpeted floors and stairs. It is easy to use and does a great job of cleaning. It even removed a red wine stain! The only drawback I have found is that the 'sprayer' will spray out sideways ontop other surfaces when cleaning the noding edge of stair treads. That's rather a small drawback considering all the advantages this machine has to offer.

Great for tile floors

I purchased my Bissell to clean my carpets but was very happy to see that it also would clean my tile floors. When I used it on the floors I was amazed at how much dirt was left behind by just mopping the floors. I was very happy with the results on the carpets as well. Thanks for such a great product

Premier Pet unit does not spray

Purchased August 2014. I had this same problem in 2015, spent quite a bit of time on the telephone with customer support and still had to take the machine to an authorized service center. When I returned to pick it up I was told there was nothing wrong with the machine, therefore the warranty did not cover the repair, no repair needed, costs. I am having the same problem again. I thoroughly clean my machine each time I use it. I followed all of the troubleshooting steps as recommended per FAQ/does not spray. I ordered a new tank cap & insert assembly. If this does not correct the issue I will have to take the unit in for servicing. Otherwise, when it works, it works well, but is quite heavy & difficult to push.

Great machine

I rec'd my Bissell Deepclean Premier last week . It is easy to fill, holds more water than my previous machine. I like that you add the cleaning solution right in the hot water. My previous machine had a dispenser that never worked right & wasted the solution. Also, cleaning the brushes & dog hair from it is so easy. The carpet is almost like new & most of the old stains are gone or greatly diminished.
