Anyone who has pets should own the DeepClean Premier™ Pet Deep Cleaner. It is great product. Not only does it clean carpets incredibly well, it is light weight, easy to assemble and easy to use. The suction, cleaning, stain and odor removing power is phenomenal. Having also owned an an older, different model (Bissell Pro Heat) carpet cleaner, I am incredibly happy with the improvements and upgrades of this model. One huge bonus is being able to take apart and clean the brushes and elements much easier and more thoroughly. The DeepClean Premier™ Pet Deep Cleaner is definitely a great asset, value, and worth the investment.

I bought this machine from HSN and i love the cleaning ability. It is very easy to use and clean. The only downfall is Bissell needs to come up with a better fitting cap on the solution tank to stop the loss of solution and clean water when you are dumping the dirty water. The cleaning solution is quite expensive to be dumping down the drain.

I do not understand the dirty/clean tank design. Did Bissell beta test this with actual people? Why is there a drain for clean water but not dirty? You lose your clean water with the cleaning agents if you pour out the dirty. You have to shake the tank at odd angles to shake out the dirt and cleaning the crud traps is a hands on yucky job. Especially if you are using this thing for its intended purpose... Cleaning pet mess! Back to the drawing board, Bissell... And try your product on some actual real people before releasing!

Please note, if you pour the dirty water at the opposite end of the clean water impute hole you won't lost the clean water. Also, you can put clean water in the collection tank to clean. Great cleaner

This is a great cleaner. I have five children and two giant breed dogs with lots of hair. I cleaned my furniture first and it worked wonderful. Then I cleaned my white carpet in the bedroom and it removed most of the spots. The only spots that it did not remove was the old chocolate milk stains from sippy cup leaks. My carpet almost looked brand new again.

This unit is great. Wasnt sure how it would do with Oklahoma red dirt ready, but it cleaned great. Easy to clean the dirty reservoir also and fits in the space of a vaccum. Glad we have it to use at our time frame without the hassel of renting. One room or several when we choose.

I believe the unit I purchased is identical to this one (ProHeat 2X Premier® Multi-Surface Deep Cleaner 47A2D) except the color and the name is slightly different as branded for a particular store. All I can say is WOW!! This unit cleans carpets !!! The soiled water removal (suction) is pretty good with the large base section and excellent with the wand and small attachment. I know sometimes reviews are mixed but I have no mixed feelings about my review. Awesome unit for the price. I think it is important to mention that there are many seals and it is worth to quickly rinse the seal between the bottom and the top portion of the tank when you dump the dirty water and refill with clean.

I can't say enough about how great this carpet cleaner is. I purchase it on line after reading all the reviews. All were 4 or 5 stars. This carpet cleaner got out stains I had on my carpet for years. It also got out all the pet stains and odors. Definitely worth it. Worked better than a rental!!!!!
