I'm a custodian by trade and anytime I find a product that makes the job easier I go for it. I love this new Bissell cleaner because when it comes to clean up all you do is take the pieces apart, rinse and put away, Much easier than my other Bissells I've owned in the past. I have 4 pets and so my cleaner gets used extensively. For the people that have written bad reviews I say hire someone to clean your carpets. Carpets must be vacuumed before you use your cleaner, the cleaner will still pull up pet hair so it's imperative that you vacuum before. Make time to clean your carpets, don't be in a hurry. Remember these machines are plastic, if they were metal you couldn't have afforded it. Be careful with your machine, they are not meant for abuse, the same as not mowing over a rock with a lawnmower. One thing I agree with is this new machine does not pull as much moisture back out of the carpet as my older models, so again I take my time and run over the area a few more times to try and pull up as much water as i can. Over all I love my Bissells and see no other reason to buy anything else.

I just purchased the Deep Clean Deluxe Pet and used it today for the first time. It did a good job of cleaning and I was especially pleased at how easy it was to clean out all the accumulated hair and carpet fibers out of the tank system and the floor nozzle assembly. The locking keys are a great idea.

Bought this cleaner 3 weeks ago to clean carpets that hadn't been more than spot cleaned in the past 12 years and have been under several dogs and many cats, some of them old and a bit leaky. Did a TERRIFIC job; the filth it pulled up was amazing and appalling. The house no longer smells like dog and the cleaner was easy to use and clean up, which I had to do several times, thanks to the dog hair it pulled up which the vacuum cleaner did not. It did the great job it promised to do. I don't ordinarily gush, but this clean machine is wonderful--I love it.

I just received my new Bissell DeepClean Premier Pet Deep Cleaner today and I used it for the first time and boy do I lOVE it! First off, it took 5 minutes to put together. Second, the larger tank let me do a much larger area between refills.Third the pet hair trap was easy to clean. And the easy release screws on top of the diverter housing made it a breeze to clean the machine. The carpet looks wonderful. Thank-you Bissell for a fantastic machine!

I have had other carpet cleaners but this one cleans up great. I just had new carpet installed and my dog got sick, I tried to scrub it clean but there was still a spot I could not get out. I went to the store and bought the deep clean premier pet deep cleaner 17N4. I got home put it together (only took about 10 min to put together) I then cleaned the carpet were my dog got sick, just after 2 passes with the cleaner the spot was gone and no smell was left from the spot and it dried so fast, my other cleaners took so much longer to dry. I am so happy with this cleaner I told my mom about it and she couldn't see were my dog got sick she is now going to get one she was so impressed with the job it did. This is a great cleaner and the price was well worth it.

My wife & I have used the machine twice, since purchased last month. We could not find another machine of this quality, that cleans carpets & hard floors, & does a great job. Easy to operate,& clean, in spite of some people who claim to have difficulty with it. We are really satisfied.
