I love the single tank and the heated water. I was impressed with how well the machine worked, it got the dirt right up! It was also very easy to use and clean.

I loved it... the only thing against this one; if you'll clean a large area, you'll need to empty & refill several times. Easy to use, clean... double tank weight is used as pressure for rollers and suction... very good!

Works Great Broke Fast

This machine dose a fantastic job cleaning the carpet but after use a few uses it started having problems. I couldn't get the machine to spray the cleaning solution so I had to use a bottle and put solution down manually and use the machine to suck everything up. Such a huge disappointment that I pitched the machine out and purchased a Hoover. My first Hoover lasted me 20 years and this one only about 5. That's insane and a very expensive mistake on my part.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My first real carpet cleaner

I used to have a smaller Bissell carpet cleaner that just used hot water. I loved it and it worked well in my small home when I was single. Now that I have a larger home with pets and kids, I needed a bigger cleaner that also cleaned upholstery. I am happy with my purchase so far!! I am amazed by the amount of dirt and odors it pulls out of my rugs and furniture!! It's easy to use and easy to clean! My only complaint is that I wish it sucked more water out of the carpet. I often run over wet areas multiple times just to make sure I get it as dry as possible. It bothers me to know the water left behind is still holding some dirt and odor.

Good, but not great

This is a good machine, but definitely not as good as a professional cleaner. I have 3 dogs and 2 kids so I have high traffic areas and the carpet gets dirty. I typically clean my carpets every 2-3 weeks because I like clean carpets. I have owned and used this machine for about a month now and it works well, but not great. One of my dogs had an accident on the carpet (urine stain) and this machine did not get the entire stain out. My Hoover worked just as well when I first bought it but I don't think these machines have longevity (and that is with proper maintenance). The Hoover lasted about a year before it's cleaning capability fell below acceptable. We'll see how long this one lasts....I'm hoping longer than a year. I've had much better results from renting a Rug Doctor but hate the hassle of lugging it back and forth to the store and the cost adds up.

I love my deep cleaner

I love this cleaner. It works great. Cleaning the parts are easy. One problem is cleaning on the inside. Taking apart the suction part that got dirt in it. putting it back I could not figure out how to attache the spring, that was operating the flap. I wish there was a video telling me how to attach the spring.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is so great not to call a professional as it is easy to use and have whenever a clean up is nescarry. I have owned several bissells but this one is a must have. I love bissells products and whenever i need a part it is quick and easy ordering with speedy delivery. Forget the other brands this one is tough machine...5 stars
