I average approx 6,500-6,800 copies per cartridge. I believe the literature says it can last up to 10,000 copies. I've never come close.

I bought an off brand because it was cheaper and thought it will do the job. I think that is the reason most people do that. I've always been of the mind, that you get what to pay for. That is a true statement and has never steered me wrong in the way of equipment. I bought the HP 131X High Yield as soon as I had the money and it proved to be the BEST investment for my equipment. Daddy was right. Pay for quality. It will not let you down.
