Not a Long Term Speaker

I have been using this speaker for more than a year now.
I have noticed a substantial drop in the output from the battery, so that I need to recharge frequently.
I have noticed a real problem with it dropping in an out of the blue tooth signal (even with the device in the same room) which screws up listening.
Good sound, hate the menu system, not a smart device so no way to update its aggravating problems..
Pros: sound
Cons: blue tooth, battery, not updatable, menus are annoying, weight

Supernice design and rugged.

Super-nice design and rugged,but i lost the volume-knob after some days in use, replaced it with a bottle-cap. In overall after been using over a two year now, maybe 25% of my device have problem to connect to it, varies but PC seams to be the ones with most problems to connect, tried to reset the device several times both on pc and shoqbox. But nice sound when its working.
Pros: great sound
Cons: connectivity problems., audio in is to thin the rubber.

While I purchased this product seconhand at an estate sale for a whopping $10 it is worth the $150 in my humble opinion.

Overall Phillips has put out a superior product compared to most portable bluetooth speakers.Starting with the volume knob that is not digital and has a feeling of smooth excellent build not seen on even high end bluetooth speakers (I own a bose soundlink 2 also), with the high end materials used and new technology such as motion control, multiple devices connection, and shock+water resistant it all adds up to a very rugged but futuristic package you will enjoy for years to come.
Pros: water resistant, awsome build quality, duel pairing, hands free control, great sound, stylish aerodynamic design
Cons: better instructions on operating hands free contro, add some base boosters in the end of the cylinder

One thing that would make this better would be if it were able to be 2 smaller speakers, so that way we could use it as 2 separate speakers rather than having to buy another one. Overall though, this does provide great sound for the size of the speaker.

I purchased this Bluetooth device less than a year ago. It is easy to use, automatic paring, and great sound. However, it has stopped working. Totally STOPPED WORKING!! Pretty expensive device for less than a year's use.
Pros: good sound ease of use
Cons: product dies in less than a year!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This product has been great. We have not taken it near water. We have had ours since 12-22-2012 and by April 2013 the battery stopped keeping its charge. This company is kind enough to agree swap out a new one through the mai. I hope this works out ok. Don't want to spend anymore time on this. Over the phone the company was easy to get a hold of and fast to take care of problem.
Cons: battery not keeping good charge after 3 months.
