I love this little machine. It truly does a great job on spots and with animals in the house it's so easy to tidy up. The machine is light, well made and easy to use. I fill the reservoir with hot water and it stays hot while being used. Also, a variety of cleaning solutions can be added - I've even used a light fabric softener to bring back the texture to the wool carpet area that was cleaned. I Highly recommend this product.

Instead of buying new ones at a total cost of over $200 I bought the Little Green Pot Head for about half that cost Wow Was I impressed ......Made them look absolutely Brand new again What a great machine quick easy to use and for sure does the job

After more than a year and a half..

I've had the 5207 (refurbished unit) form more than 1.5 years. Being in a 2 cat family, some kind of cleaner for "little accidents" is a necessity. My previous cleaner was different makers model, which a thought did an okay job. When it died I went looking for something with a little more power without being too heavy or bulky. The 5207 was wonderful. Things I liked: Long power cord, on-board tool storage keeps the unit compact, it does clean little areas; ref. cat messes, quite nicely ( imho ), both reservoirs held more than enough fluid to handle the messes at hand, and with a little patience will leave carpet with very little liquid left behind. My biggest complaint- the hose was / became very stiff over time and has now cracked open. Things I've learned: 1) If you want the carpet dry; slow down and let the machine do it's job. 2) I'm lazy, but if you don't rinse the dirty-water res. it gets nasty. ( add water in the upper hole by gently opening the rubber stopper and drain (flush). 3) be sure that stopper is fully sealed or you will loose suction. 4) Every so often (monthly for me) remove the nozzle and suck approximately 2-3 cups of hot tap water to flush the whole system and open the lower access to the dirty reservoir and give it a good cleaning. Ref. to directions to be sure to put it back together properly. I am now trying the Little Green Machine to see how long that hose lasts.

I run an animal sanctuary and house at least 5 dogs at any one time. This is great to have handy so when little messes come up I don't have to pull out the big Bissell all the time. I have some very senior dogs and they are just like puppies. If you don't watch them they forget that they are house trained. I have a little trick by putting 10 drops of Wintergreen oil in the clean water to help deodorize the spots. I even fostered a baby goat. This machine really helped with that! This will also keep cats from marking as they hate the sent of Wintergreen. What a great machine.

I have one personally that I love for spot cleaning carpets and for the car! This recent spot cleaner was obtained for a silent auction item for an animal rescue, I am sure the person who wins will love it as much as I love mine!
