The heat technology makes me think that I need to pour hot water to mix with the detergent, but in the manual, it didn't mention anything about water temperature. When the water is cold, I think it didn't clean very well...

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my son because he was always borrowing mine. It must be a popular item this year because I couldn't get one before Christmas in store and the price was up to $50.00 more in some stores. I placed my order and I had my cleaner delivered right to my front door a couple days later. The cleaner does great for small and some big cleaning jobs. Easy to use and love the portability.
