Very happy with this purchase. Works very well. It's very satisfying to empty out that disgusting water after cleaning. My only issue is that I don't understand what the little green and see-through attachment does or where it goes on the machine. I watched the video, but the machine used in the video is an older model and it doesn't have that piece, so it wasn't helpful to me.

The tool holders stick out a bit more then our past model so we have to be a bit more careful that we do not bump it into anything. So far however everything has worked well and put up with a few day to day bumps.

It's too noisy, the formula doesn't clean at all, it doesn't heat the water, and the suction is not powerful enough to drain water.

Easy to use. Wouldn't recommend for a large area like an area rug, it's a lot of work and requires going over multiple times. Definitely more for small stains, stairs or chairs.

I was absolutely amazed. They are now like new again Amazing result. Machine paid for itself first use as cost was almost half of new cushions.
