[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Use it on chairs and couches! Was apprehensive to open it as the box was very badly damaged! I was quite taken aback as to its delivery! The sight of the box made me think it was in a fight! And having said that never heard back from Bissell even though I sent pictures!
