Upon purchase of my new vacuum, I tried it out. The amount of dirt and dust it picked upon was amazing. My carpets and floors looked clean but were hiding a whole lot of dirt that my old vacuum didn't pick up. It is great for the price and performance. The lower side location of the on/off switch is a little awkward, it would be more convenient up top, but so far that is my only complaint.

I am extremely happy wih the product. the only thing it doesn't do is crushed ice. It's light enough and extremely efficient in keeping your house dust free. I highly recommend it.

This is my first Bissell and I am sold. I am a vacuum maniac. I am obsessed with a clean floor and carpet. I have three cats and a dog, so I vacuum a lot and needed a good vacuum. I have tried every brand over the past 30 years and can honestly say this is the best vacuum I have ever owned. It is lightweight, easy to maneuver and the "one pass" technology really means one pass. I was shocked at how much dirt was sucked out of my carpets the first time I used this vacuum. I had just vacuumed two days prior with a leading competitors vacuum. If you are looking for a vacuum that will get the job done quickly, effectively and at an affordable price this is the vacuum.

I had a suspicion that my old upright wasn't picking up as well as it once did and thought it's time for a new one. After a lot of comparisons I decided on this model. As a test I vacuumed my carpets with my old vacuum and then went over the same area with my new one. It was filled with what the old unit missed! I mean filled. The suction is amazing and it is as quiet as can be. I could not be happier with the cost and quality of this machine. If you are Looking for a new vacuum at a great price, I have done the work for you....here is the best option.

Does better than my last vacuum on picking up dirt and. the carpet looks cleaner. I do like how the dirt cup releases and all the dirt falls out of the vacuum. Very easy to push. I love the turbo brush on furniture and area rugs.
