I'm amazed at the amount of dog hair that this vacuum picks up on a daily basis. The bagless feature makes it easy for her to empty. She was surprised by the reasonable price for this high performer.

Best Vacuum I've ordered! Lives up to the name "OnePass" The whole office was very pleased. Less noise than we were anticipating, and easier cleaning than described. It works wonderfully for PET HAIR also. Our office cat sheds constantly and this vacuum definitely keeps up with it! Great Value! Perfect Size! Plus the cord is commercial length!! You can pug it in on one wall and do the ENTIRE room. I will be looking in to buying one for my house as well.

At the time of typing this review we've been using this vacuum for about a month - purchased 07/31/17. It works well and we're pleased with it's performance. So far it has excellent suction, seems to be well built, easy to use...makes the carpet nice and fluffy like it's new again. We have medium pile carpet in 1155 sq ft of living space. We purchased this directly from BISSELL's website, it was delivered safely and quickly, and it came automatically registered to my account. We are long time BISSELL users - we've had 2 units in 15 years before purchasing this one. One unit lasted 15 years, this unit is replacing that old one, and we had another unit that we purchased to keep on the 2nd floor of our home so we didn't have to lug a vacuum up and down the steps. That second unit died of unknown causes after a year. I'm tempted to sing the praises of the unit that lasted 15 years which would have lasted longer - it only died because for some reason I failed to clean the rotating brush of entwined hair and other long fibers for almost 4 years - but I won't. I'll just say that the longevity of that one is what made me replace it with another BISSELL even after the dud we had for a year. I knew what I wanted and this unit checked all the boxes. I wanted: 12 AMP motor, extension attachments, multiple filters, HEPA filter, manual cord storage, and full horizontal position (to get under chairs without having to move them). The only con with this machine is that it doesn't have a convenient handle for carrying up and down steps, but at least it pretty light. Lastly, I miss the on board headlight. Here's hoping for a long relationship with this vacuum.
