[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a dog and cats and this vacuum really picks up the fur! It was very easy to assemble and works great. The canister and filter are easy to clean. I'm very pleased with my purchase. It's an excellent vacuum at a reasonable price.

If your looking for all the "Bells and Whistles" then get their higher grade vacuum. Pros-It picks up all my dogs hair in ONE SWEEP, I doubted it when I purchased but thought I'd give it a try for the price and motor size, can always return if it didn't do the "one SWEEP" it claimed. It cleans which is what matters to me the most. The PRICE for this motor size and performance is well worth it buy 2 for one upstairs and downstairs and heck for this price buy 3 for your 3rd floor/basement/cars. Cons-Can't get under the bed but I will check to see if they carry a model/canister for doing under my bed etc. Again, if your looking for a vacuum that does everything from having a light to doing under the bed look for a different model. I have owned 4 Sharks each one blew up min 2 years and each one the hoses split in multiple places and the motor is not powerful at all and I had to go over carpets several times, if you know anything about that brand you know their higher end sweepers are not cheap, if I get a year out of this vacuum it's a win win for me, I SWEEP 2-3 times a day. Pointers-Use the adjustment for your carpets, if you raise it to the middle it will pick everything up like my dogs stuffing from their toys. If on the lowest which gives a deep clean it will not catch stuffing/etc. to sweep up, but the middle and higher level will. What I like also is the throw away filters every 6 months replace, instead of washing which is actually EWE! Canister is large enough that you do not have to empty after every use. Cord is LONG but grab it and hold so you don't catch it under sweepers head, learned this year's ago, lol. Another con I noticed is it will topple while using the extentions so hold on to it. Things I will be looking for is how long it lasts and if the hoses are junk like the other brand I was buying. I have a GSD, a Yorkie and a American Eskimo/Pug Mix those 2 dogs alone will put any vacuum to the test!

GOOD the first few times

We first bought this vacuum a year ago.. and it worked good the first 2 times... but after that... the vacuum overheated and a burnt smell was coming from it.. so we exchanged it for a new one.. our new one worked amazing the first few times we used it.. and than again, it began to loose suction, the beater bar stopped rotating and it wouldn't pick anything up. We took apart everything, cleaned everything, checked the beater bar for blockages, and STILL it refuses to pick up anything. We go over a piece of fuzz for a 5 minutes in all directions and it won't pick it up ( we have its on video) I am so upset with this vacuum and what a waste of money it was!!!!!!!!!
